At Tennessee State University (TSU), I had the incredible opportunity to work in multiple facets of a collegiate football program. I worked closely with the strength and conditioning staff, where I helped implement training programs that pushed players to reach their peak physical performance. This experience allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of how tailored fitness regimens translate to on-field success and gave me the chance to build strong relationships with players by supporting them both physically and mentally.

I also worked directly with the defensive line, assisting in drills and providing coaching to help players refine their technique and overall game awareness. One of my most rewarding responsibilities was creating detailed defensive scouting reports, which required me to analyze opponent tendencies, and provide insights to improve our game plan. These experiences not only sharpened my technical football knowledge but also strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with coaches and players. Together, our efforts contributed to the team’s success, including winning the OVC championship in 2024.
