Ohio Valley Conference

During my time with the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC), I gained invaluable experience in the administrative and organizational aspects of collegiate athletics. I played a key role in assisting with NCAA championships, ensuring events were executed smoothly and in full compliance with league regulations. From coordinating logistics to addressing on-site challenges, I developed a strong appreciation for the importance of precision and adaptability in managing high-stakes events.

In addition to supporting championships, I contributed to compliance efforts by helping to outline and review NCAA rules in the championship participant manual. This experience deepened my understanding of the complex regulations governing collegiate sports and enhanced my attention to detail. The role also allowed me to connect with professionals across the conference, strengthening my ability to collaborate within a diverse team. My time at the OVC broadened my perspective on the operational demands of collegiate athletics and further fueled my passion for leadership in the sports industry.
